This is the practice's certification fee.
Delaware's Medical Marijuana Program also has a separate state application fee, which is paid to the State of Delaware.
For a standard Delaware medical marijuana patient application, the state currently requires:
- Delaware residency
- Proof of Delaware residency, such as a Delaware driver's license or state ID
- A healthcare practitioner certification from a Delaware-licensed MD, DO, APRN, or PA
- Completion of the Delaware Medical Marijuana Program application
- Payment of the applicable state application fee
The Delaware Medical Marijuana Program currently lists application fees of $50 for a one-year card, $75 for two years, and $100 for three years. These state fees are separate from Eclipse Wellness's $150 initial certification fee.
