Amanda Luckanish is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Pain Management Specialist. She gained her nursing degrees and certifications at Penn State University, Wilmington University, and the University of Connecticut. With 20 years of experience in a variety of settings and specialties, Amanda prides herself on her patient connections. Her casual presence welcomes patients of all backgrounds and fosters open, comfortable and supportive relationships. Amanda has a passion for patient education, supporting all of her patients to be their own best advocates for wellness & educated consumers of their healthcare. She strives to meet patient’s where they are, so together, they can find a healthcare plan that works best for them. She has multiple national recognitions.
Dr. Jennifer Patterson
DNP, CRNP, ANP-BC
Dr. Jennifer Patterson is a nationally certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with 25 years of nursing experience. Her background is in Critical Care and Geriatrics; currently she practices in the areas of Palliative Care and Chronic Pain Management. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Patterson has been in nursing education since 2004 and holds the rank of assistant professor at several universities.
Diane Bell-Cornish

Diane is a highly experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has worked in various fields, including primary care, pediatrics, hospice, Psychiatric Crisis/Detox and geriatrics. Her expertise lies in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan. Her patients appreciate her caring and compassionate approach, as well as her ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.Diane is a lifelong learner who stays up to date on the latest advances in healthcare through ongoing continuing education and professional development. Tamica D’Aguiar

Tamica D’Aguiar is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, who has over 18 years health care experience. She spent the last year working at The University of Pennsylvania in Interventional Radiology where she served Oncology and chronically ill patients.
In her spare time, she loves to travel abroad with her husband, have beach time and spend time with family. She loves being a new grandmother and puppy sitting her grandpuppy, Mocha.
Dr. André “Vinnie” Haley
CAADC, LBS, LCDP, LMSW
Dr. André "Vinnie" Haley is our in-house Drug & Alcohol Counselor. He provides co-occurring counseling for both children and adults. Vinnie functions as a clinical member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and specializes in addiction treatment. Vinnie takes a person-centered approach when providing services to marginalized communities and their extended natural support system(s).
He further specializes in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and an array of Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment Modalities. He has lived experiences in the “system” which allows him to therapeutically align with diverse populations.
