Amanda Luckanish, MSN, FNP, NP-C, PMT-BC, CADAC

Amanda Luckanish is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Pain Management Specialist.

She gained her nursing degrees and certifications at Penn State University, Wilmington University, and the University of Connecticut. With 20+ years of experience in a variety of settings and specialties, Amanda prides herself on her patient connections. Her casual presence welcomes patients of all backgrounds and fosters open, comfortable and supportive relationships. Amanda has a passion for patient education, supporting all of her patients to be their own best advocates for wellness & educated consumers of their healthcare. She strives to meet patient’s where they are, so together, they can find a healthcare plan that works best for them.

Amanda is highly skilled in the treatment of Opiate Use Disorder and is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has multiple national recognitions.

Shadara King, MSN, CRNP, AG-NPC

Shadara is an experienced and dedicated nurse practitioner certified in Adult-Gerontology practice. She prioritizes holistic care, patient education, and a collaborative approach to ensure the best possible health outcomes for her patients.

Shadara brings over 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. With a background in primary care and nephrology, she is skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions with a focus on holistic health. Shadara is passionate about empowering patients through education and believes in fostering strong partnerships to achieve optimal health outcomes. She is committed to delivering high-quality care and is dedicated to continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.

David Gaines, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-C

David's extensive healthcare experience, spanning nearly 20 years, is marked by a deep understanding of nursing procedures and mental health practices.

This knowledge underpins his commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare and making a positive impact within the Eclipse Wellness community. His experience in both family practice and mental health provides a broad foundation for addressing diverse patient needs. David's colleagues and patients can depend on him to be practical and reliable, especially when facing challenging situations.

His most recent professional achievement is the acquisition of his Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. This credential reflects his commitment to specialized expertise in mental health care, equipping him to support those with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan.

David's gentle nature fosters a calm and receptive environment where patient needs are central to the treatment process.

Dr. André Haley PhD, CAADC, LBS, LCDP, LMSW

Dr. André "Vinnie" Haley works directly with Eclipse Wellness as our direct Drug & Alcohol Counselor. He is the Founder, President, and Executive Director of the AVH Group / 2nd Chance Promise Program (i.e., 2CPP), a Delaware-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) that provides services to individuals with Co-Occurring challenges.

Vinnie provides co-occurring counseling for both children and adults. He functions as a clinical member of our multidisciplinary treatment team and specializes in addiction treatment. Vinnie takes a person-centered approach when providing services to marginalized communities and their extended natural support system(s).

He further specializes in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and an array of Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment Modalities. He has lived experiences in the “system” which allows him to therapeutically align with diverse populations. Vinnie provides Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counseling (i.e., Co-Occurring Disorders) in Wilmington, DE.
